Change of mind
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Because each COSFE product is quality-controlled before dispatch, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or otherwise not as described, please email support@cosfe.com.au within 7 daysof receipt. Our team will issue you a Returns Authorisation Number (RA#) and the instructions for sending the item back.
To qualify for a refund or replacement:
The product and outer packaging must be unopened, unused, and undamaged (except for the fault being claimed).
The RA# must be clearly marked on the return parcel.
You may choose either:
Full refund to your original payment method, or
Store credit for the full value of your purchase.
Please note: Shipping charges (both original and return freight) are non-refundable.
Transit damage
If your parcel is visibly damaged on arrival, please photograph the package before opening and contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement.
Refund timing
Once the returned goods are inspected and approved, COSFE will process the refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
